Ingredients

Eggrolls

Dipping Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat a medium sized cooking pan over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and minced onion. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  4. After the beef has cooled, stir in the cheese and sliced pickles.
  5. Using eggroll wrappers, add 2 heaping tablespoons of filling to each wrapper. Tuck and roll the wrapper around the filling.
  6. Brush the top corner of the wrapper with water to seal and then finish rolling the eggroll. Repeat.
  7. Brush or spray rolls with oil to coat.
  8. Place eggrolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, not touching or overlapping. Depending on the size of your air fryer basket and how many eggrolls it can hold at once, cook in batches at 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes per side, flipping halfway through.
  9. To make the dipping sauce, mix all ingredients together.
  10. Serve eggrolls warm with dipping sauce.
  11. Pro Tip: You can pre-assemble the eggrolls and cook them throughout your event to refill plates as they will go fast!
