Nashville blogger and commercial food photographer Phillip Fryman is the personality behind Southern Fatty, a popular southern-inspired food and travel outlet. Launched in 2013, Southern Fatty premiers plenty of bourbon, biscuits, and, of course, burgers. Phillip’s recipe for this Spicy Short Rib Burger is inspired by Tennessee’s own short and spunky Dolly Parton, along with a bit of extra heat as a nod to the famed Nashville-hot craze. Freshly-ground beef short rib, smoked spices, topped with crispy onion rings, melted pimento cheese, and finished with classic comeback sauce makes for a Beefitarian best in show.
